1. Who We Are and What We Collect

Zita Service and Repair (“Zita,” “we”) is a family-owned mobile RV, trailer, and home repair business based in Eaton, Colorado. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. We do not sell your personal information.

We collect only what we need to schedule, perform, and bill for service:

  • Contact info: name, phone, email, and service address.
  • Unit info: year, make, model, VIN or serial number, and the problem you describe.
  • Service records: estimates, work orders, invoices, photos, and notes about the repair.
  • Payment info: handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Messages: calls, texts, emails, and form submissions you send us.
  • Website data: basic info your browser shares when you visit our site (see section 3).

2. How We Use and Share It

We use your information to:

  1. Schedule appointments and travel to your unit.
  2. Diagnose, repair, and order parts for your unit.
  3. Send estimates, invoices, receipts, and reminders.
  4. Handle warranty claims with manufacturers or warranty companies.
  5. Answer questions and follow up on service.
  6. Keep business and tax records.

We share information only with the people who help us do the job:

  • Accounting and payments: our invoicing and payment providers, to bill you and process payment.
  • Parts suppliers: unit details needed to order the correct parts.
  • Warranty companies and manufacturers: only for warranty or extended warranty claims you ask us to file.
  • Required by law: if a court order, subpoena, or law requires it, or to collect an unpaid balance.

We never sell or rent your information, and we do not share it for other companies’ marketing.

3. Photos, Texts and Our Website

  • Photos. We photograph units before, during, and after work for records and warranty claims. We use photos in marketing or social media only with your permission, and never show license plates, VINs, faces, or personal items.
  • Text messages. If you give us your cell number, we may text you about appointments, estimates, invoices, and your service. We do not send marketing texts without your consent. Reply STOP to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Website forms. Info you submit through our contact or booking forms is sent to our business email and used only to respond to you.
  • Cookies and analytics. Our website may use cookies and tools such as Google Analytics to see how visitors use the site (pages viewed, general location, device type). This data is not used to identify you. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
  • Third-party sites. Links to Google, Facebook, or review sites follow those companies’ own privacy policies.

4. Security, Your Choices and Contact

  • Security. We keep records in password-protected business accounts and limit access to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
  • How long we keep it. Service and billing records are kept as long as needed for warranty, tax, and legal purposes, generally up to 7 years.
  • Your choices. You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information at any time. Some records must be kept for tax or legal reasons. You can opt out of texts or emails at any time.
  • Children. Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
  • Changes. We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
